🚫 No Parties or Events – We love good vibes, but strictly no parties or loud gatherings are allowed. Any evidence of parties will result in immediate eviction and a £250 fee.

🚭 No Smoking Indoors – Our home is a smoke-free zone to preserve its charm and comfort for all guests.
You’re welcome to smoke outside with the doors closed 🚪 but please note: our smoke detectors are sensitive! A £250 cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs indoors.

🐾 No Pets, Please – As much as we love furry friends, this property is pet-free to maintain cleanliness and guest comfort.

🔑 Take Care of Your Keys – Lost or damaged keys require a £100 replacement or call-out fee. Please double-check before leaving the house — we’d hate for you to be locked out!
